1. Is the ticket always valid?

Tickets bought online are valid only for the date you purchased. Tickets bought at the airport or at the bus stop are open; the return ticket can be used within 6 months from the day of your purchase.

2. How much in advance passengers with a pre booked ticket are required to be at the bus stop?

Passengers with a pre booked ticket are required to be at the bus stop at least 20 minutes before the departure time.

3. Does the return expire? If the passengers are more than the available seats,

the ticket can be used on the next service. Please be at the bus stop 20 minutes before the departure time.

4. Is the ticket refundable?

The ticket is open and flexible, but not refundable.

5. Who can use the ticket?

The ticket can be used by any bearer of the ticket.

6. Is there an extra cost for the luggage?

Each adult or child passenger can take two (2) medium-sized suitcases and one small piece of soft hand luggage, free of charge. Hand luggage means something that can be stored safely in the overhead rack or beneath the seat. With the exception of brief cases, no hard-shelled cases, wheelie bags or hard-framed back packs will be allowed on board.

A £5.00 extra bag fee will be applied to each luggage in excess of the aforementioned allowance.

7. When should I take the bus to the airport?

Passengers are kindly requested to schedule their trip early enough to be at the airport at least three (3) hours prior to their flight’s departure. Airport Bus Express will not take responsibility for your late arrival at the airport and missing the flight.

8. Can I have a refund if I miss my flight due to a traffic jam?

The company is not responsible for delays caused by conditions such as traffic jams, road-works, etc.

8. Does the timetable change during the holidays?

The timetable is frequently updated. The company recommends you check the website prior to your trip.
